I am often asked questions about my experience, areas of expertise, business methods and a multitude of other questions. With this in mind, following is a brief overview as to my credentials, assisting you in making your decision as to who is going to represent your interests. 


It seems that there never was a time that I wasn't involved in real estate in some capacity.


My early career as a Real Estate Law Clerk / Para Legal (handling all aspects of a resale transaction) provided invaluable knowledge and experience for subsequent positions in sales and management. To clients this experience means that the details are looked after and your transaction closes without a hitch. It is so helpful having someone who knows what to look for on surveys and legal documents etc.; and can explain to you what is happening from the beginning of a transaction...through to completion.


With a Sales Career beginning in 1981, creative financing was certainly a phrase I understood and became the "norm"; (especially with first time buyers) as interest rates peaked at 22%. A far cry from 2009 levels below 5%


After a number of years as one of the top producers in the Lawrence Park Office of Royal LePage RES Ltd., Branch & Area Management provided wonderful challenges and opportunities for the next 15 years.  Our motto was C.A.N.I. (Constant and never-ending improvement.)  As a result we achieved the status of #1 Branch and Area for Royal LePage in the 90's in Toronto’s Bloor West Village & Kingsway offices.


Once again, the knowledge and skills gained in leading those branches was a rewarding experience. After many years in assisting the Sales Representatives in providing their very best in customer service to their clients, I returned to sales.


The interaction with buyers and sellers was something that I really missed.

I guess you could say (as they say on stage). ‘I missed the smell of the grease paint.’

I was also anxious to put to use all of the marketing, planning and technical skills I had acquired, and use them to benefit my clients and my business.
